The Spumante is crafted using traditional Prosecco methods, producing lively, elegant bubbles and a clean, refreshing profile. Made from 100% Glera grapes sourced exclusively from prestigious DOC and DOCG vineyards, it offers bright notes of Nashi pear, green apple, and grapefruit.
After maturing for 12 months, the wine is gently dealcoholized to preserve its natural aroma, structure, and flavourresulting in a refined, alcoholfree sparkling experience.
